Testnet status

  We are no longer seeing this, but we don't have a smoking gun.

• Sandbox testnet has been setup.

Planned steps to address delay in the launch of testnet-2

• Release testnet-2 incrementally

• Revisit how we understand the blockers and are dedicating development effort to them

Addition of work in Rholang to address bloat in the tuplespace. https://rchain.atlassian.net/browse/RCHAIN-3542

Vetting a proposal to reimplement the registry with a more lite-weight version written in Rholang. Plan to look a pseudo code for this later this week. 

Continuing work to https://rchain.atlassian.net/browse/RCHAIN-2226. 

Additional work needed to merge PR for https://rchain.atlassian.net/browse/RCHAIN-3611. Added a developer to  unblock this with https://rchain.atlassian.net/browse/RCHAIN-3638

https://rchain.atlassian.net/browse/RCHAIN-3582 is done. We plan to run this in a devnet for this week's community test.

PRs in review to complete the delivery of methods needed to build validator bonding/unbonding and rewards. 

Prioritizing work related to resolution of https://rchain.atlassian.net/browse/RCHAIN-3431. Current plan is to serialize the create of RevVaults and test again in node.
