Sprint and Release
- Sprint 32 started this week. Priorities are:
  - Consensus team
    - Completing foundation for bonding and unbonding in Rholang
    - Improve message protocol in Casper to improve perforamance
    - Providing peek to Casper
  - Node team
    - Investigation of challenges of processing a genesis block that includes RHOC balances
    - Bug fixes
  - Rholang team
    - Completion of work to bridge cost accounting with the wallet and proof of stake contract
    - Completion of foundational work for multisig and start on multisig
    - Completion of work to resolve open bugs
    - Completion of work to make use of deploy ID and on-chain deployer ID
    - Start on work to reduce Rholang garbage in the tuplespace
  - RSpace team
    - Investigation of the performance of RSpace
    - Implementation of peek in Rholang
  - SRE team
    - Delivery of hardening network #1
    - Testing in Whiteblock
- Release
  - Releasing RNode v0.9.8 this week. RNode-0.9.8 release plan

Testnet status
- Testnet-1 is live. Our intention is to keep this functioning so the community can deploy rholang to this public testnet. Please see RChain public testnet information to learn more about public testnet as well as a FAQ.

Charging for deploys creates conflicting blocks. Planning to resolve this with the implementation of peek, the ability to look at a value without logging a change. This was unplanned work. Current estimate is 2 weeks.
