  • Medha

    • Node 6 Specification in review.  Need to finalize before sprint entry.

    • Node 7 is in flight.

    • Roadmap update in flight.

    • Economic parameters for the blockchain are needed.  Capturing what is needed & preparing lists for potential ballot measures.

      • We have been engaged in multiple discussions around validator rewards in the past week.

  • Rholang team:

    • Casper: RSpace Execution traces integrated.

    • Separate runtime for RSpace integrated.  Needed for COMM Performance metrics

    • Casper, safe blocks API done

    • Work on unforgeable names continues, crypto is working, needs to plumb it through to the tuplespace.  On track for Node 5

    • Waiting on Maven secp256k1 project, this is blocking making the library available to Rholang for use in blessed contracts.

    • Integration of execution traces is waiting on unforgeable name work. 

  • Storage/Node team:

    • Implementing a separate runtime for Casper, for metrics.

    • Discovered issues with systemd while building patch for 0.4.  Issue is resolved, patch is delayed.

    • Great engagement in the node testing session on Tuesday morning.  The sessions continue to be fruitful. 

    • We will be holding node tests every Tuesday morning at 7 am PDT.  Join us in the node-testing Discord channel.

    • Moving forward we will merge to master every Monday, in preparation for Tuesday morning node testing sessions.

    • Working on continuous deployment & automated testing.

  • Roscala team: 

    • Continuing with parallel execution, found a new test to check Actors

    • Found a nice testcase for Actor translation, 2 messages to the same actor in a block statement.  Can observe a queue mbox next message. 

    • Preparing PR for Object Code Export/Import

    • Working with the marketing team to improve SEO. Planned work is shown on our JIRA.
