  • We have an SRE team!!

  • Fine-locking implemented and ready for community testing

  • CORE-1050 implemented and ready for community testing

  • We refocused coming back after the conference

  • It is hard to manage what we can't measure. We need to prioritize completing and assuring clarity on  (deprecated) Mercury release plan.

  • We don't have the luxury of time for people to churn when they have concerns, please ask early.

  • If you have a ticket assigned, and it's not clear, ask the reporter to clarify background information and acceptance criteria.

  • Please add details to tickets and PRs to support others understanding the status of your work and to prevent interruptions to your work.
