Test net launched!!! The team demonstrated great effort and collaboration to make the test net launch a success. Kudos to those who also prepared demos and presentations for RCon3.	We need to do better with having software ready for demos. We should be more courageous to say what can't and or won't be ready. Adopt a sensibility for working back from a planned feature that is clear for stakeholders.

@Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed), as discussed in the Sept. 10 standup, create the wiki page of Mercury features so we have a clear documentation to reference when there are requests for new features or confusion about what will be delivered and by when.
