Plan summary
Simple overview
The launch ceremony will go something like this. The console of the master bootstrap node will be projected on the monitor. Greg Meredith will launch the RNode application on the bootstrap. The bootstrap console displays the bootstrap node starting up. Once the bootstrap node has started up, the validators are instructed to start up their nodes and connect to the bootstrap node.
A second monitor exists, which displays the Prometheus Charts for validator signatures that the bootstrap has received. As requests for signatures are sent by the bootstrap and the signatures come in, these metrics are displayed via Prometheus. This monitor continues to display the metrics until the threshold is reached.
