What did we do well?

  • The chaos contributed to relationship-building with Rholang team and on this team.
  • Thanks to Jeremy for assisting with scope creep on implementing nix
  • Thanks to Yaraslau for being our rock and pulling a late night

What should we have done better?

  • It's been very chaotic - late discovery of persist issue
    • This could have been prevented with better communication earlier on.
    • Going forward, including Kyle in conversations in Sprint 7
    • Medha recording more conversations to assist capturing
