What did we do well?
The chaos contributed to relationship-building with Rholang team and on this team.
Thanks to Jeremy for assisting with scope creep on implementing nix
Thanks to Yaraslau for being our rock and pulling a late night
What should we have done better?
It's been very chaotic - late discovery of persist issue
This could have been prevented with better communication earlier on.
