Retrospective
What did we do well?
Managed a 4 week sprint well (108 issues done!)
Kudos to new RSpace members for adding to the work during the sprint.
Henry hit his milestone!!
Kudos to Łukasz and Dom for on boarding quickly mid-sprint and contributing to the success.
Yaraslau wrote his first piece of Rholang code.
Jeremy delivered the integration framework and it caught bugs.
IDEA - add to the framework in sprint 10 for work that creates user-facing and runtime changes
Kudos to the team for maintaining focus and energy throughout the sprint.
What should we have done better?
Would be better to have a deeper backlog to prepare for on boarding.
RESOLUTION - Ticket earlier when needs are apparent.
Kelly placing tickets for future work in Pawel's sprint caused unrealistic expectations.
RESOLUTION - When ticketing future work, by default just add to backlog. Only place in sprint if truly needed.
RESOLUTION - Use epics to help organize common pieces of work.
