What did we do well?

  • Conference preparation and delivery
  • Nice work estimating the work for this sprint given the conference
  • It was too short to even think about restrospecting on (smile)
  • Won significant mind-share for MTL style with others on the team
  • Sebastian's on-boarding went well, and is ready to work.

What should we have done better?

  • Do not merge tasks into PRs to create unwieldy PRs
  • Be thoughtful about posting recordings and getting permission from speakers to post.
