What did we do well?
Conference preparation and delivery
Nice work estimating the work for this sprint given the conference
It was too short to even think about restrospecting on
Won significant mind-share for MTL style with others on the team
Sebastian's on-boarding went well, and is ready to work.
What should we have done better?
Do not merge tasks into PRs to create unwieldy PRs
Be thoughtful about posting recordings and getting permission from speakers to post.
