What did we do well?
- Conference preparation and delivery
- Nice work estimating the work for this sprint given the conference
- It was too short to even think about restrospecting on
- Won significant mind-share for MTL style with others on the team
- Sebastian's on-boarding went well, and is ready to work.
What should we have done better?
- Do not merge tasks into PRs to create unwieldy PRs
- Be thoughtful about posting recordings and getting permission from speakers to post.
