Retrospective

 

What did we do well?

  • Henry grateful for the responsiveness from Yaraslau

  • For storage tasks that were not blocked were mostly completed

  • No surprises on what was not completed

  • Pawel did a bulk edit on Jira

  • Well done as a team to follow up with others for PRs and open questions.

  • Easier to work on the project this sprint (Pawel)

 

What should we have done better?

  • Too much design discussion at the PR phase. Need to continue to push for having well-specified requirements early. 

    • After 29 March, we need to focus closely on storage layer requirements for history and roll-back.

    • Idea - get to the heart of the questions prior to dev conference in April

  • Challenging to work on the project due to unknowns and emerging problems (ex protobuf)
