What did we do well?
- Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): Props for hitting 178 story points! Go team!
- Jeremy Busk: We did a great job finding bugs & having folks turning out for testing.
- Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): Major props to Jeremy Busk for building the testing harnesses he has on stress-docker
- Kelly Foster: Kudos to Pawel Szulc (Unlicensed) on how he executed on CORE-770, getting the work done without impacting anyone else.
- Kelly Foster: Great job to Dominik Zajkowski and Łukasz Gołębiewski (Unlicensed) Yaraslau Levashkevich on working well without Henry this past sprint.
- Pawel Szulc (Unlicensed): Excited to see Dominik Zajkowski and Łukasz Gołębiewski (Unlicensed)'s work on metrics & performance testing.
What should we have done better?
- Dominik Zajkowski: Harness isn't done yet.
- Kelly Foster: team does a lot of work that is outside of the board, community triage & weekly node-testing.
- Pawel Szulc (Unlicensed): Would be good to check back on the items we should do better. Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed) to work with Kelly on using tasks for what could be improved in retrospective.
- Pawel Szulc (Unlicensed): Are we doing bug triage? Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed) is doing the triage. Medha to create a dashboard for these issues, and publish so testers can get feedback on their issues.
Actions
- Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): Scheduling a meeting to discuss Integration testing, Performance testing to align everyone.
- Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): Update Retrospective workflow to include tasks for improvements, report for the same, so we can look back and bake in improvements.
- Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): Create a dashboard for issues found in Node Testing, share with community.
