Sprint 4 Retrospective
Retrospective
What did we do well?
- Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): Higher sprint commitment, several folks met their stretch goals
- Griff McClellan (Unlicensed): Code reviews are awesome.
- Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): Lots of non-sprint related work (interviews, code reviews), team still pulled it through.
- Timm Schäuble: I created some wiki pages around my understanding of the VM.
- Former user (Deleted): Spending the time to plan out the Economics piece has been hugely helpful. I like that I spent the time spending time creating the documentation for the framework.
What should we have done better?
- Griff McClellan (Unlicensed): Sometimes code reviews return back feedback that is difficult to implement
- Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): Stick to Code Review Process - smaller pull requests!
- Griff McClellan (Unlicensed): Michael Stay (Unlicensed) has a Mad Max Halloween costume!
- Timm Schäuble: I totally over-committed, it was hard for me to understand enough to break down the tickets, now I think I can do so, after having invested the time.
- Nash Foster: Prepare some interview content in advance, and have the edge cases in your mind. Put these on the wiki under Technical Interviews.
- Alexander Pyatin (Unlicensed): Spend more time talking with Michael Stay (Unlicensed) and Timm Schäuble to improve his efficiency.
