What did we do well?

- Chris Kirkwood-Watts: Did a better job of getting Pull Requests Assigned.
- Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): Jira-Git Integration is working.
- Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): thank you Timm Schäuble for estimating all the OpCodes in advance.
What should we have done better?
- Chris Kirkwood-Watts: Need to break down tickets a bit more. Makes it hard to show progress. He has a better idea now of his plan.
- Alexander Pyatin (Unlicensed): Underestimated one ticket and over-estimated another. Needs more practice at it.
- Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed) : 1 PR still open at the end of the sprint that needs to be re-assigned.
