Retrospective
What did we do well?
Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): Survived the plague without incident.
Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): RSpace delivered on scope and on schedule.
Kelly Foster: Node team took on the weekly node testing work, Additional work, yet met their committments.
Dominik Zajkowski: Jeremy Busk gets a shout out for supporting moving CI and helping me out. +1 from Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed).
Kelly Foster: Sebastian Bach - great work on CORE-710 was impressive. +1 Henry Till.
Dominik Zajkowski: Node team did a good job responding to issues.
Sebastian Bach: We did a good job in finding the issue.
Łukasz Gołębiewski (Unlicensed): Henry Till did a good job of specifying our work.
What should we have done better?
Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): Observed some scope creep in the sprint backlog. Let's limit adding tickets to our active sprint.
Option: does the team want to examine pulling tickets from the overall sprint backlog? Team committment is on the entire sprint backlog.
Łukasz Gołębiewski (Unlicensed): Can we implement backlog grooming? Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): Not yet- we do look at the backlog during entry.
