Fee structure

• Is there a fee structure for validators to join?

Monetary expansion & rewards

• Discussion around the total increase of the monetary supply by 10% of the total, seems pointless.   

• Nash's opinion is that the co-op is taking all the minting, not giving much  to the validator.  This may be why Greg wants to change
