What did we do well?

  • Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): We launched the testnet!  Genesis signing went off without many hitches!
  • Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): The discussions around performance and stability across the teams have been very productive.  The focus on stability and robustness of the system is great.

What should we have done better?

  • Michael Birch (Unlicensed): Stress around testnet delivery was more than most people wanted.  Trying to stick to more reasonable deadlines, good to have main net launch pushed back with acceptance criteria.
  • Artur Gajowy: Concerns that the scope for Mercury may be too large. 
  • Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): We need to specify and estimate the work for Storage & Rent, and describe the impact to the project schedule.
