Retrospective
What did we do well?
Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): We launched the testnet! Genesis signing went off without many hitches!
Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): The discussions around performance and stability across the teams have been very productive. The focus on stability and robustness of the system is great.
What should we have done better?
Michael Birch (Unlicensed): Stress around testnet delivery was more than most people wanted. Trying to stick to more reasonable deadlines, good to have main net launch pushed back with acceptance criteria.
Artur Gajowy: Concerns that the scope for Mercury may be too large.
Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): We need to specify and estimate the work for Storage & Rent, and describe the impact to the project schedule.
