What did we do well?
- Mateusz Gorski (Unlicensed): Integration tests caught bugs. +1 from Medha on Integration tests.
- Kyle Butt: We did a good job on recruiting folks to look at the issues with a skeptical eye.
- Mateusz Gorski (Unlicensed): Good job Former user (Deleted) on finding and fixing the issues we found.
What should we have done better?
- Michael Birch (Unlicensed): Should have provided feedback to Ovidiu on cross shard transfers sooner.
- Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): Concerned about delivering Node 6 Sharding solution. Michael Stay (Unlicensed) will probably have to step in due to holiday.
- Mateusz Gorski (Unlicensed): Could have done a better job prioritizing my tasks, I should have closed my work for the reducer and normalizer first and then turned my attention to the matcher, and then got stuck.
