What did we do well?
Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): Fixing hard bugs, shout out to Michael Birch (Unlicensed).

Artur Gajowy: Quick and thorough review on my PR. It has been helpful and encouraging
Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): Team got a lot done. Many tickets in review, which is skewing the reporting.
What should we have done better?
Artur Gajowy: When we identified the corner case in the matching algorithm, I should have provided a proof or an analysis of what we are trying to solve and match that against what we are planning on using. When providing the documentation, I should have included a proof in the docs. Maybe while thinking about that, I would have seen that corner case. If applying an algorithm, we should double check its applicability.
