Retrospective
What did we do well?
Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): Presenations went well during the conference. + 1 Kyle
Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): Burndown looks pretty good. Scope creep at the beginning of the sprint.
Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed): Welcome Mateusz Gorski (Unlicensed)
Kyle Butt: We got incrementally clearer on our implementation for sharding and consensus and costing.
What should we have done better?
Kyle Butt: Should have given a Rholang 101.
Michael Stay (Unlicensed): Order of the talks could have been better. Wasn't clear about what the audience knew, and the speakers didn't know what the audience knew. Maybe we need to design a track for 'noobs' and 'intermediate' tracks. Should try to teach pre-requisites first.
