Act I - Prelude
Duration - 5 minutes

Test net launchers at tables at the front of the room facing the audience.
Core team developers, REV issuance SME, and dashboard operator at a table at the front.
MC: Goals - Describe the performance test.

Act II - Teach
Duration - 15 minutes

Medha Parlikar Goals - Set expectations around performance metrics. Describe what a COMM event is, what is the difference between a transaction and a COMM event. Talk about
REV issuance SME: Goal show how the launch protocol also supports REV issuance (slides). Show the scrape of RHOC wallets and balances from ETH. Show a total of what today's genesis block will include (X # of accounts, and total value of RHOC)
Act III - Launch initiation
Duration - 5 minutes

- Watch the start up bootstrap node (terminal)
- Watch the genesis of the block on the bootstrap node (terminal)
- Watch the start up of a validator node (terminal)
- Watch the receipt of the block from the bootstrap node (terminal)
