What did we do well? |
- Henry grateful for the responsiveness from Yaraslau
- For storage tasks that were not blocked were mostly completed
- No surprises on what was not completed
- Pawel did a bulk edit on Jira
- Well done as a team to follow up with others for PRs and open questions.
- Easier to work on the project this sprint (Pawel)

What should we have done better? |
- Too much design discussion at the PR phase. Need to continue to push for having well-specified requirements early.
- After 29 March, we need to focus closely on storage layer requirements for history and roll-back.
- Idea - get to the heart of the questions prior to dev conference in April
- Challenging to work on the project due to unknowns and emerging problems (ex protobuf)
