Create mechanism for determining end and start point for evaluation of blockchain data

Description

A mechanism needs to be created so that we have an objective start and end time period. The blockchain data of these time periods needs to be evaluated and analysed in order to figure out the winners of each challenge.

Problems:

  • DAG structure makes it difficult to use a certain block number / length

  • Timestamp might be unreliable
