Dear Chris,

Thanks for your patience on this. From the Cooperative's perspective the
language of the agreement has to say what the Cooperative gets in return
for lending you these RHOCs. Kenny Rowe and i sketched out that this effort
was work towards a stable coin solution for the RChain platform. So, this
is a test to see if the approach does the job with RHOC and the results
will help us make a determination whether the solution is workable with REV
and a port to RChain.

Kenny and Evan should have language to this effect to add to the agreement.
Jon was making sure that the mechanics of the test make sense in terms of
realistic market expectations. i think these two modifications to the
agreement should be fleshed out very shortly. My aim is to get the
agreement executed no later than Friday. Again, we really appreciate your
patience and persistence! i'm excited to see this move into action!
