5 mins | Specifications | Medha Parlikar (Unlicensed) | - Medha is authoring specifications for the platform, these specifications need review and acceptance. It's important to take time to read them and provide feedback.

20 minutes | Node 0.4 release |
| - Measure COMM events in the Tuplespace, and overhead associated with Interpreter?
- Keys discussion - ETH is using K1 crypto - and we hope to use that for our certificates. Java gRPC was using JDK internal implementations and didn't have K1. Systems will need to have OpenSSL running.
- Open question - do we want to use UDP as part of Kademlia or move to TCP exclusively? Can peer discovery use UDP? We don't have to decide now, but it is an open question.
- Open question - Using TLS keys as the key to identify the node & pay the validator for the node.
- Separation of concerns - spreading the private key to all the instances running the software versus keeping the private key holding rewards close to chest.
- Reusing the ETH keys, the only use of the keys is going to be on the methods of the wallet, that only the wallet owner should be able to use. So long as the message format be disjoint, it's fine.
- Key reuse isn't something that should be typically be done. We are following tradition in the blockchain community.
- High end validator will want to have multiple hot instances behind a single IP address.

20 minutes | Node 0.5 release |
| - At the conclusion of Sprint 9, we will be starting node 5 work right away. Please review the Node 5 plan
- Is there a fixed quantity of the Rev token? Lucius Meredith - Yes. The policy is that there is a small issue of rewards.
- Challenge with miner rewards outside of transaction fees. It's hard to prove that they are doing real work? Can we add additional validity parameters to accepting a block?
