Release summary

RNode v0.9.4 (19cd019) offers a bug fix in the consensus module as well as changes to support better debugging support for consensus. Users of RNode will also notice a change in the verbosity of console logging. Users looking forward to the completion of the RSpace renovation, https://rchain.atlassian.net/browse/RCHAIN-3138, will find work in this release that supports that effort. However, this release does not support the use, either by default or as an option, of the new changes in RSpace. We anticipate this will be available in the next release.
