2019-01-31 Meeting notes: GRPC protocol for error mapping and messaging

• RCHAIN-2858 UNKNOWN after propose with a newly bonded node.

The problem

• GRPC protocol does not currently address failure messaging (ex message is UNKNOWN))

• This is not an issue of the underlying comm layer, it relates to the GRPC API

• We need a robust message response from the client that’s informative to support debugging
