Goals:
Author bios.rbl and create at least 2 system level channels. 1 for Storage, 1 for Networking/Communications
Done when:
- The system powerbox/Init contract is complete.
- Bios.rbl is complete.
- System contracts are authored.
- Powerbox has a VM run level service.
- All tests pass.
In more detail:
- Bios.rbl has full access (capability) to the system, it will delegate capabilities to the system resources and provide these capabilities to the powerbox.
