This is the continuation of a conversation started as a sidebar during the Dec. 19 standup and in Ovidiu's report in #what-im-doing (shown below). The goal of this meeting is to better understand the need and value of Rholang libraries for dApp developers.

From Ovidiu I had a discussion with @Artur Gajowy about the usability of Rholang and what "libraries" we provide in order to improve the life of the dapp developers as they are using RChain. The conclusion is that we should include this topic on our features list and prioritise the Rholang libraries properly. Candidate for a sidebar tomorrow
